As a first time home buyer, I found the right fit in a real estate agent with Toby Kloosterhof. Not knowing where to begin, Toby walked me through the process, answered all my questions (sometimes two or three times) and generally made me feel that it was as important to him as to me to find the perfect place. He listened and understood my wish list for the kind of condo I wanted and was constantly in contact with me sending listings, showing me condos and just being there when I had a question.. The whole process beginning with our first meeting to the day of closing went so smoothly and I believe that had everything to do with the professionalism and enthusiasm of Toby.
